Failure us not a bad thing it is information
Think of the lightbulb what a great invention
How many times did Edison try and fail
He knew that his efforts would surely prevail
Every set back was knowledge for his next attempt
Without perseverance from the history books he would be exempt
Now every time the light goes on by a switch
We remember Edison's pursuits that he did not ditch.
Lemons into lemonade
When life throws you lemons don't give up
Make some delicious lemonade and sup
Dont have a pity party and invite others to come
They'll only join in with you and give it some
They'll make you feel worse that you did before
You should have known better you know the score.
Gifting
When we discover what is our gift
It causes us to make a u turn and shift
Life has new meaning destiny directed
What was in us is now resurrected
Even the ordinary things bring us joy
Our skills and talents we can employ
When we help others achieve their success
