Keeping God #1 in Your Business (PR_Vol_140)

Lets Decide to Live Full of Grace, and Not Full of The Law?

(Romans 6:14) NLT
14) "Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace”.

Welcome to (Part 3) of this series. I hope you have availed yourself to
(Part 1&2) and If not, I would suggest that you do so, as it would help you to put (Part 3) in the proper context. In (Parts 1 & 2), we established that living lawfully, i.e. by the law (The Mosaic Laws) is absolutely NOT what God intends nor intended for the Christian. We will now continue to explore and answer the question of how to live by grace (gracefully)? Let’s pick up from where we left off.

My friend, you did not attain salvation and righteousness in Christ Jesus by your good works, doing good and self effort. It was by grace (Ephesians 2:8). Likewise, you do not have to do anything (works) to stay saved and Righteous. Jesus said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” He further said, in (John 10:28-29) NLT “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me,…” When God sees you, He loves you because He sees you through the precious and righteous blood of Jesus. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You are God’s beloved.

This is what God wants you to FOCUS on and to live by; the knowledge of His eternal love and abounding unmerited Grace towards you. He wants you to believe and to focus on the fact that He has given you the Holy Spirit to guide you, lead you and He continually convicts you that you are righteous (John 16:8-11). You see, the written law may tell you not to commit adultery, but only the Holy Spirit can tell you that your spouse needs a hug RIGHT NOW! Get up and do it.

When you are continually conscious of His love and His undeserved grace towards you, you will not live according to the Law (Lawfully); you will have His Grace to live by grace
(Live Gracefully). It is Right Believing that produces Right Living, And NOT
Right Doing. Consider these two scriptures. (Galatians 2:21) NLT “For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die".
(Romans 10:4) NKJV "For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes".

In order for this lifestyle of living by grace and not by the law to be manifest in your life, you must read the word, hear the word; which creates the belief of the word in your heart, and lastly you must confess the word daily with your mouth.

You must confess that you are the beloved of God and the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. It pleases God, it pleases Jesus, it pleases the Holy Spirit and you start to believe it, when you consistently make this confession.

Believing Right” is the only thing that will cause you to “Live Right”, to live by the spirit and produce the fruits of righteousness. (Galatians 5:18-23). You must make this confession boldly and often, even in the midst of your challenges, addictions, failings and wrong-doings because, “It is the goodness of the Lord that leads to repentance (Change of mind) Romans 2:4. You cannot do this by self discipline, by obedience to the Law, or self effort. Righteousness and living holy is not by self effort, power or might; it is by the spirit of God (Zechariah 4:6).

Beloved, here is a prayer that you may want to incorporate in your daily devotion.
Daddy, as it is written, I hereby agree, declare and affirm that I am your beloved, you love me and you regard me highly as the apple (pupil) of your eye  (Zechariah 2:8).
I thank you that I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, the Holy Spirit leads, guides and helps me in everything that I do, Jesus has been made wisdom to me, I receive abundant grace and favor from you and all whom I encounter today and I thank you that I am a willing vessel and channel of your blessings to others; for it is you who is at work in me; both to will and to do that which is pleasing and acceptable to you in Jesus name. Amen.

Now go and live full of grace (Graciously) and not full of the Law (Lawfully).
