Keeping God #1 in Your Business (PR_Vol_144)

Do you Have, Little, Weak or Great Faith?

(Hebrews 11:6) KJV
"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him".
(Hebrews 10:38) “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Has this area of your Christian walk been challenging for you as it is with many others. Do you sometimes ask yourself whether you have little faithweak faith or great faith.  We read in (Matthew 16:8) where Jesus charged people with “Little faith”, in (Romans 4:19) where the bible talks about “Weak Faith” and additionally in
(Mathew 8:10)and (Mathew 15:28) Jesus praised the Centurion and the Canaanite woman respectively for “Great Faith”. These scriptures and the erroneous teachings from many pulpits is the basis upon which many Christians are erroneously judging their measure of faith.

The truth is, that ALL Christians have “been given THE same measure of faith”
(Romans 12:3) since “God is not a respecter of persons”. (Acts 10:24) We have to look at this from the beginning and then identify where we are today. If God used a ladle to dish out faith, then he used the same ladle for everyone. He gave THE measure of faith and not a measure of faith.

In the beginning God created Man perfect until Adam and Eve died spiritually when they Sinned in the garden as God told them they would. (Genesis 2:17). From this time until salvation, Man has been left with his fallen human spirit and his contaminated (full of unbelief), natural human faith. Natural faith is based on the perception of the senses and experience. you won't have faith to sit on a chair that you perceive to have two broken legs, but supernatural faith will cause you to sell out to a God you do not see.

It’s the same natural human faith that caused you to get up and walk as a toddler. Today, you sit on a chair; ride a bicycle etc., because you perceive it to be safe and or you've experienced successfully doing so before. This type of natural faith comes in different measures.  (LittleWeak, and Strong).  The Jews whom Jesus ministered to were still under the Law (Galatians 4:4), with all of their unbelief and natural tendencies. Isn't it interesting that the only two people, to whom Jesus ascribed Great Faith , were gentiles who were not under the law?

(Romans 10:17) “So then, faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. In order to be born again, you heard the gospel and God gave you the gift of His Supernatural faith to believe and receive, as we are told in (Ephesians 2:8). Paul says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”

I submit to you that as a Christian, the measure of faith that you have now, is the faith of Jesus Christ period. The question is not the measure of your faith but what you believe and the measure of your unbelief that is working with your faith. For more information on faith operating with unbelief, then click a link: (Part1) (Part2).

Let’s examine scriptures concerning you having the Faith of Jesus:
(Romans 3:21-22)  KJV 21)”But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22) Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference”:
(Galatians 2:20) KJV “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me”
(Romans 12:3) KJV “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith”.
(2 Peter 1:1) “Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ”:

My friend, the Greek word that was translated “Like Precious” in the scripture above is (Isotimmos – meaning,  of equal value or honor); so  as you can see, you have the same faith that Peter used when he raised Dorcas from the dead (Acts 9:36-42), and when he made people whole when  his shadow touched them.  (Acts 5:15)

You and I have the same quantity and quality of faith that Jesus has because
(1John 4:17) tells us that “….As He is, so are we in this world”.  We can do the same works that Jesus did if we believe this truth and start to use what we've got.
(John 14:12)

Many Christians have not understood this new nature of their being and that’s why they have spent their time asking for faith or for more faith. How is God going to answer such a prayer of unbelief? ....  In the same way that you believed and started acting like a Christian once you received Jesus, likewise believe this truth about your faith and start using it to the max TODAY!
