Get Prospects to Call YOU and pay YOU to Recruit them

We all know that getting enough numbers of prospects to share our opportunities with has always been a major challenge for the majority of people in the Network Marketing profession. This is a major reason why so many fail or at best only experience mediocrity in this awesome industry.

Worst yet is having to pick up a 500lb telephone to call people in the “Cold market”, trying to pitch them on an opportunity. Now add to this; trying to find the right target market. Talking to prospects who would actually be open to letting you get beyond “Hello”. - Target marketing is the KEY right?

Allow me to ask you a question. Imagine that you have been hired as a scout and your job is to recruit players for an NFL football expansion team. What would be your target market? Would you make a “Warm Market List” of people that you know and start calling on them to see if they just might be interested in joining a professional football team part-time? Sounds silly – right?

Of course you wouldn’t do that. Chances are, that you would probably get your hands on a list of NFL players who had been cut from their team in training camp, or players who failed to make the draft, or perhaps those who had become “Free Agents” and are looking for a home – right?

Well, why is it that when you enter the profession of Network Marketing, people seem to believe that they could build a huge team and make a lot of money by making a “Warm Market List” and then proceed to harass friends neighbors and family members. Surely this method does produce a very small number of successes here and there. However, the 95% failure rate is a clue that this is silly.

Wouldn't it be better to get a list of experienced Network marketers and make that your starting point? Most Networkers are open-minded and they engage in multiple opportunities until they find the one that’s paying the bills and actualizing the dream. 

You should know that most successful high income Network Marketers don’t go to friends, relatives, opportunity seekers and tire kickers. They start off with experienced Network Marketers. This too is a clue.

Here are my last two questions to you. If I had prospects with Network Marketing experience that might be open to looking at your opportunity, are you in a good position at this time to take on new people front-line to you and work with them? --  Did I hear Duh?
