Team Work Makes The Dream Work.....

Now more than ever teamwork is a powerful element of your effort to make best use of all your resources and capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Start by beginning with a decision to take teamwork seriously. Half hearted efforts produce half hearted results. Great teams become great teams when they work together. Something inspires great teams to take action, a collective mental switch is flipped, and the magic begins.

United teams stand and divided teams fall

Here are a few examples

United nations are strong, dynamic and powerful while divided nations are vulnerable nations. United organizations are successful, innovative and profitable while divided organizations are uncompetitive organizations. United armies are strong, flexible and responsive while divided armies are weak armies.

United departments are effective, efficient and fast while divided departments are undisciplined departments. United efforts are engaging, enthusiastic and energetic while divided efforts are mediocre efforts. United churches are faithful, loving and inspiring while divided churches are soulless churches.

United families are strong, dependable and protective while divided families are fractured families. Finally United teams are powerful, productive and proactive while divided teams
are dysfunctional teams.

You will find that teamwork is the ultimate competitive edge. All for one, one for all that is the true spirit of team unity.

Building Trust

The most important step in building a team is the establishment of trust. Trust is the reliance on the character, ability, strength or truth of someone or something. Trust forms the foundation
for effective communication, associate retention, synergy, and motivation.

A team without trust is not really a team at all.

If you haven't already, start developing your own dream team today. Identify the person who would be the ideal person to partner with you in accomplishing your goals.Think of ways you both would benefit and then reach out and implement.

Great things happen when teams work in unity.
