My “why” is to help my wife retire from her daily grind.
Here’s my story behind my why.
We’ve been married for 33 years, and during most of that time we have worked together to build a comfortable life.
Then in December 2005 I was forced to resign my dream sales management job due to the need for a life saving double lung transplant that was brought on by a nearly fatal case of pulmonary fibrosis.
I was very fortunate to receive a life saving lung transplant in February 2006.
Realizing that due to my age (63) and health restrictions, working in my field of sales management was not going to happen.
So I decided to work from home and rebuild my lost income.
Early on my wife and I decided that we needed a solid product we could believe in so we could feel that not only were we going to be able to make money but we would also be able to help other people do the same.
We tried two different MLMs that were well known – after we spent a fortune getting the products and using their “tried and true” marketing methods – we failed. And we really didn’t like the feeling some of the products gave us.
I won’t go into how many times I failed and almost quit because I know many of you have gone through the same thing.
But I was darned determined to accomplish “MY WHY”, so I’ve never given up.
“MY WHY” drives me daily – it gives me direction – it tells me how much it means to get up every day and do my best to accomplish “MY WHY.”
Then one faithful day, while marketing another online product, I got a call from a guy who asked me if I’d be interested in looking at another way to make money.
I passed at that time – then a few weeks later my current program began to fall apart – so I called this guy to see what he had to offer.
And as they say, the rest is history, I’ve found the vehicle that is going to help me accomplish “MY WHY” and it can do the same for you.
How about you – what is YOUR WHY, what drives you?

 | | | | | | Powerful why! It is important to have a Why that will drive you. |
| | | | | This is a great example of both a powerful why and network marketing at it's finest. Not only is your why so powerful it won't allow you to quit/fail, it also led you to keep info from someone else and be open to listening to what they had when it was time to get more info. Thank you for sharing! |
