If you, like me, are tired of trying to be the super recruiter, trying to find hundreds of like minded people who will take a chance on you and your opportunity. If you are tired of not making the kind of money that was hinted at when you first jumped into your latest big deal, then let me suggest something new - Profit Sharing Affiliate.
With this concept, the bulk of the money is made with profit sharing with the company. Our contribution is advertising and promotion of the company’s business. In exchange for our efforts, the company shares the profits with us. It is that simple.
Of course, the argument could be put forth that this is exactly what Network Marketing is. However, as we all know, the bulk of the money is not made from our sales of the product nor from advertising, but rather from recruiting.
And, the recruiting is not based on use of the product, but upon the promise of amazing income. An income that usually doesn’t materialize, and, even if it does, the dropout rate is so high that the income eventually disappears.
I think we can all identify someone who has had a huge downline, only to see if evaporate over time and soon they are looking for another opportunity.
We here about so and so, who is billed as a super recruiter who has built massive downlines, and he or she is coming onboard. The first question that pops into my head is- why is he or she changing companies if they have a huge downline somewhere else? The answer is that the downline evaporated and wasn’t producing the income it once had.
Now, there is a better way. Profit sharing. As an affiliate of a profit sharing concept, there are few requirements and massive recruiting is not one of them. Simply placing an ad everyday and telling people about the business, not to get them involved but to have them utilize the service that the company provides. Of course, if they want to make money, they can become involved.
