Love is misunderstood to be and emotion,actually ,it is a state of awareness, away of being in the world ,away of seeing oneself &others. "you've got to fix the people first.Insiders and new people everything else flows that. And in today's complex world nobody does anything successful alone - it's all about teamwork." While managing your own anger can be difficult, coping wiht other people's anger can seem frustrating and even frighteniing.However, if you can develop skills addressing anger and other stong emotions in and outside of the workplace,you'll have made a head start toward getting to a resolution of a conflict situation .Some general considerations around managing the anger of co- workers and customers are provided below. Although it may be difficult,try very hard not to take the other person's anger personally .Understand that the anger is directed at what you represent or the situation,not at you as aperson. if you view the anger as a personal attack, you will run the risk of letting your own emotions get in the way of working toward a solution to the problem.
