Afilliate Marketing: Go Big or Go Home, Sell Big Ticket.

Many Afilliates are  selling Opportunites with small commision pay outs.

There is nothing wrong with this  Marketing approach if you are capable of generating massive amounts of sales. 

Most of us do not have a Mailing List of 100,000 names or more. With an average return of 1-3%, that is 2,000 +/- positive responses.

If your offer is low ticket, $5 for example you may profit $10,000 under perfect circumstances. Half of that, $5,000 is more realistic. 

What about us who may have a small or no mailing list? How do you earn good money with the same $5 profit per sale offer?

The answer,  you don't make any money, except pocket change for a lot if work.

What is the solution? You could try Solo Ads. Very targeted lists can have terrific results.

But $35 -$50 per 100! Who has that kind of money to put into a campaign? You're trying to make money here.

Free Advertising is an option. Many succesdful Marketers started with Free Advertising.

Down side, it takes a long time for Free to work. You are trading your precious time for slow returns.

SEO is a Great way to make a ton of sales if you can only get near the top page of google in your relevant catagory.

Downside, SEO like Free takes a long time to show results. Plus you need a particular skill set, it's not for amatuers.

The Best Alternative to this is High Ticket Sales. Rather than selling T-shirts or coffee mugs.  Sell kayaks or patio sets.

Any product or offer  ranging from $800 - $2,500 is your target market.

There is a Huge market for High Ticket,  Luxury goods or services. Do some research to find an American Supplier offering 30% or higher commisions.

Do the math! 30% of a $800 Patio Set sale is $240. Sell 10 and you have $2,400.
