Free Last Will and Testament: Almost Everyone Needs a Will

Published on 2/28/2018
For additional information  Click Here

Almost everyone needs a Will. The Law says you can create your own Last Will and Testament. No Attorneys needed to help.

That is no Attorneys if you are a regular person with normal Middle Class assets. The wealthy are a bit different.

As long as you are over 18 you may create a Will. This can be imperitive for the Young and Seniors. Are you young with children?

In case if the unthinkable, you should have "Named" Guardian to take care of your childrens interests, health, education, nurturing, in case you are not there.

Often a parent or Grandparent is named Guardian. But you must remember for a very young child the care can last 18 years. Consider the age of who you choose.

Your Will can also leave funds for the ongoing care of your Pets.

The Testitor is you, the one who is writing the Will. The Trustee is the Person or Institute you designate to carry out your last wishes.

An Institute can be a good choice since a Bank for example is well aware if the Rules and Laws concerning Taxes and other Filings.

An Individual may not be as well versed but can make more emotional decisions. You may want to name both as Trustees.

An Executor is the individual named to distribute your Property and Assets per your Last instructions.

A capable family member, friend or Attorney may serve as Executor.

In most States for a Last Will and Testament to be Legal it must be witnessed by at least 2 persons.

None if the Witnesses can be named  in the Will or Related to you. That excludes your Wife, Husband, Common Law Partner.

I've included a Link to a Free Last Will and Testament created by Attorneys. It's Legal in all United States. Have a Good Day.
