3 Exercises You Can Do at Work or Sitting Anywhere

Calf Toning Muscle: While sitting raise your feet up on to your toes. Hold that position until you feel the "burn" in you calves. Repeat this  10 times and sets of eight. Then reverse this by raising your feet all the way back on your heels hold that position 10 times x 8 sets.

Clenches: Want Buns of Steele? Clench your buttocks and hold for ten seconds. Do this 10 times for 8 repititions. The beauty of this is that you are doing a sitting work-out and nobody knows.

Arm Stretches: With your Right Arm stretch it all the way to the left supporting it with your left elbow. Hold at maximum stretch for 30 seconds for 5 times x 8 sets. Now do the same with your left arm in the same manner. Feel the stretch every time.
