It's all about the work -

Here's the classic scenerio: You join some business all excited. You download all the material about the company and its products. You attend the weekly calls and tell the facebook group that you feel fortunate to be a part of something so great and then; when you haven't enrolled anyone the first month you quit.

The next day is when Vista Print delivers your now useless business cards.

So...does anyone ever make any money with these network businesses.

You bet.

Read the book by Jordan Adler called, "Beach Money". In it he describes how he went years without earning anything to speak of. I think now, he's one of the top earners in Send Out Cards. Earning something like 6 figures monthly!

How did he do that? It took him a decade of commitment and...he did not quit.

And there are many, many stories just like that. The reality is, in Networking, as in any other business; the people that work hard make the most income and have the most success.

Sadly, the Internet has created a 'overnight success' mentality amongst the many would be entrepreneurs online. Some unscrupulous 'guru' will tell you he's made $40,000 this week using his 'new secret system' and he'll let you get in on it for just $47 if you act fast before he closes the doors.

What a great guy! Don't buy it. It ain't real. You will not make $40,000 next week and you'll be frustrated even more and feeling more foolish cause you haven't 'made it' yet.

Here's the truth. Networking is one of the best ways to make extraordinary income for yourself but...it don't happen overnight! It takes persistent, dedicated work. A lot of self discipline and long days. But it can work if you commit to it.

Let's ask this question...would you be willing to spend 12 to 18 months of solid, real effort if you knew you start making say...$2,000 weekly?

Let's put it another way. If you don't do it...well, you'll still be watching others do it...but, not you. The 12 months is gonna go by anyway and you'll either have created something wonderful and changed your life or; you'll still be in that 9 to 5 complaining that you can't get ahead.

The miracle is: It's your choice!

We recently saw one of the best examples of what real commitment is all about.

Tiger Woods just won a golf tournament. So what you say?

Well, over the past 5 years he's had to live through painful back surgery, physical rehabilitation; he had to totally re-vamp his golf swing to accomodate his new limitations caused by these injuries.

He also had to listen to most of the Sporting World say that he'd never be an effective competitor ever again. But he never quit.

Here's a man that's worth several 100 million dollars. Did he have to go through all this training and listen to all the nay-sayers. Nope. He's got all the money he'll ever need.

What he did need is to be above average. He needed to succeed again. He needed to prove to himself and everyone else that he could do it once more.

That's determination. That's commitment. That's guts!

So...if you're gonna be in the game of Networking we have to have the mindset of a Tiger Woods. It takes time, but if you don't quit; you'll succeed.

All the best,

Donald Gaw
