We need to watch the words we use and say when talking to prospects and really in everyday life. I have been guilty of this myself and I have had to work hard to break the habit.
"No problem"
Now here are two words that many of use everyday. Someone ask you to do something for them and we say No problem. 'No', not a good word to put in someones subconscious mind. 'Problem' this is another negative and another word we need not to use.
The subconscious mind makes all the decisions for us, even if we don't realize it. So if we use this term, No Problem, we are putting two negatives in the mind of the person we are talking to.
So what word or words can use instead of the example above?
How about instead of saying No Problem, we say My Pleasure. Saying My Pleasure leaves a positive thought in the subconscious mind of the person we are talking too. Positive thoughts are what we want when talking to people about our business.
I hope you get a little nugget from this.
As always, wishing each and everyone of you much success. It has been my pleasure writing this today.

| | | | | I agree with U-Guys, Jack/Valrie/Ralf. Thanks to-U My Namesake... Very Positive & Thought Provoking Nugget. Jack's Reflection poked at My Imagination for a moment & had Me thinking: Could Some Favour-Seeker possibly think upon hearing, "No Problem!"::: "No One Ever Caused Him a Bigger Problem, than I... !" (... looking for 'smiley'... but it needs HTML, right? |
| | | | | So simple, yet so profound. Words have a huge impact on people. Whether we realize it or not, something that simple can turn a "yes" to a "no" and they don't even understand why. Thanks for sharing! |
| | | | | Great information Don, I've never really thought of "no problem" as being negative, but with your explanation, it makes sense. |
| | | | | You are correct...We need to be watchful of the words we say. The type of energy that is in our words are extremely powerful. |
| | | | | Great blogpost and nice content.Thanks for sharing. |
