The qualification requirements for each of the positions in the business are shown below as follows:-
1) INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR
You become a Qualified Distributor by completing the compulsory training and then gathering a minimum of six personal customers, who each take at least one Eligible service. You can also qualify for the Online Activity Bonus which provides you with a "free" laptop to help you sign up new customers as soon as you have completed your training.
If you focus on gathering 10 Activity Points within 90 days from your Activation Date, you could receive the 90 Day Starter Bonus in addition to the other commissions and bonuses you will have earned.
2) QUALIFIED DISTRIBUTOR
As a QD you will start to earn Customer Volume Commission (CVC) as long as you retain six personal customers. You will also continue to receive Customer Gathering Bonuses (CGB) on additional personal customers . You will also be eligible to receive a Team Building Bonus (TBB)
depending on the customer gathering activity of new ID's you have personally recruited
3) TEAM LEADER
A Team Leader must have a minimum of ten customers, and have three separate QD legs. These Partners need not be personally recruited, as they may have been recruited by one of your Upline or Downline Distributors. You must also have a total of 50 Group customers., including your personal customers. As aTL you are eligible to receive a promotion bonus of up to £500 depending on how long you have taken to achieve this target, since joining the business.
Group CVC is payable at a higher rate ,for as long as you maintain your status as a TL.
CRF's and IRs with a minimum of six personal customers,
will count as a QD leg towards promotion to TL, however to be a TL your downline must include at least one Qualified ID (QD)
leg.
SENIOR TEAM LEADER
To become a Senior Team Leader you must develop your group to have five seperate qualified legs, of which at least two must be TL legs. You also need a minimum of 15 personal customers,
and at least 250 group customers(inckuding your own customers). Once you are promoted to STL you are eligible to receive a promotion bonus of up to £1,000(depending how long you have taken to acheive this target since joining the business) You are also entitled to receive a higher rate of Group CVC provide you maintain your Status.
GROUP LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
Telecom Plus offers you the opportunity to advance up the Stairway to Success to Group Leaderhip Positions.
On the Stairway to Success there are four Group Leadrship Positions :-
Group Leader -----GL
Senior Group Leader -----SGL
National Group Leader -----NGL
National Network Leader----NNL
Achieving a higher position can gain you recognition, enhanced rates of CVC and valuable Bonuses.
