Distributors of UTILITY WAREHOUSE are offered FREE TRAINING provided by THE COLLEGE OF EXCELLENCE.
There are now 55 dedicated Company trainers, who sometimes travel hours to help cover a venue at short notice.
Each month training events and/or COP's (Career Opportunity Presentations) at over 50 venues are held across the country. Over a 100 courses per month take place, creating over 3,000 places for Distributors to attend.
Before attending any course it is always advisable to look at Extranet a few days before it is due to take place, just to confirm that it is stilll taking place, as a venue may not always be available.
There is no limit placed upon the number of courses that you attend, and it is worth bearing in mind that the successful people in the business, attend the most training courses.
Online training and the "Getting Started Skills Training is mandatory for all new Distributors.It is recommended that the online training is completed before attending the "Getting Started Skills Training", but it can be completed afterwards, if thats appropriate for you.
There are special training courses if you wish to sell the Company's services to businesses, again including online training.
Other courses include Leadership Development Training, Advanced Leadership Training, Accelerator Workshops and Goal Setting Workshops.
Leadership Development Training
This course covers recruitment, how to help build your team, how to plan to get to the next level, and lots of other invaluable topics for Distributors, who are serious about this business.
Six customers and one Independent Distributor are needed to attend this course.
Advanced Leadership Training
This course is open to the top leaders, and is available to anyone who is a Senior Team
Leader or above. The course will give advice on how to lay solid foundations for buliding a very large team and business.
Accelerator Workshops
If you have 12 or more live customers, you qualify to attend this course, which teaches Distributors on how to put the business into overdrive!
Goal -Setting Workshops
These workshops are slightly different from the other courses, and they do cost £20 to attend
-- as the skills you will learn are as applicable to every aspect of your life, as they are to your Utility Warehouse business. You must have at least 12 customers to attend this workshop.
