This is wonderful to be working on how we think of foods at this time of the year. Of course, we like the taste of feeling of chips, cookies, candy or sodas etc. I have a few things I like as well that do not like me back. Here is where we get to think for ourselves and not let our flesh or soul or body just run away and lead our lives. What do we get from that when we eat popcorn or chips and a coke? Do you know? Think about it? What do you like about it? What are You getting from this high? Whatever the reason for this excessive unhealthy addiction it is not a real high. The long term addiction is aimed at you, not for you. Even if we are not free of these compulsions and addictions, let's just be more honest with ourselves. Just see and be aware of what is really happening. To stop hurting ourselves, we observe the attack, pain and choice of medication we have chosen in the past, food. Let's begin this week describing the wonderful healthy foods we eat in the best ways possible. 1.Think better 2.Speak better 3.Eat better 4. This equals LOVE. Love me, My life, right foods. Love my body, Now! It will repay me back by Love for my health, body, life. And automatic freedom from the thoughts and foods that were hurting me. Do this with me today, If you eat any food that is good for you. Think it through and describe it in detailed beautiful wonderful loving language. I have a bowl of grapefruits that are the centerpiece on my table today. One that is very large and juicy will be peeled by my own two hands in just a moment. One of them is so full of juice it fills me up. Cleanses and I feel so energetic when I accompany it with a few almonds. Ummh good! The felling after, is anticipated by me as well. Light, clean refreshed, energetic and ready for the next task. Join me, won't you! Our health and our wealth we allow to happen! Love and peace, Dr Bernadette
