Bullying takes place every day whether it’s in the community, at home, at a friends house or at school. The thing I’m noticing is that the kids that see this happening don’t do anything about it.
Maybe there are some that do but most just stand back and watch. We need to educate our children on at least telling an adult what is going on when someone is being bullied.
It’s not right and we need to stand up to it.
Mostly it happens at the school grounds and what do schools do about it?
Good question huh! I don’t think they do much of anything if they just let it happen. No offense but it’s the truth!
I know one thing though when I was being picked on when I was in school because I was the shortest in class and the kids would say things it made me learn that I had to stand up for myself. Some kids though it might not be as easy because some are depressed or has low self esteem.
The ones that are targeted is mainly the ones that are different, the ones that don’t fit in the class. It could be because your short, fat or because your too tall and etc.
I was made in front of a lot when I was younger and even with adults. People couldn’t believe how short I was.
Even still today people think I’m like the shortest person in the world but the honest truth there are people who are shorter then me but do you think I treat them the way people have treated me? No, I treat them like a person with respect.
“Treat others the way you want to be treated”
My point is there may be people that are different then you but treat them with respect and treat them like any other person. It’s just like with people with a handicap all they want is to be treated with respect and like anyone else not to be treated differently!
So shout with me “Say No To Bullying” and let’s stand up against those that think it’s cool to do so.
I found this great video about Justin Bieber and this boy that stood up against bullying and it just touched my heart so I wanted to share this with you.
What an amazing story! This boy just had enough of the bullying and stood up for himself so I have to give him a high five for that.
I don’t like fighting or bullying but when someone treats you the way this boy treated him he had it coming to him.
