How To Increase

Our Willpower.

One of the attributes of the super successful

is that of being highly disciplined.

IN other words, they exhibit

strong willpower.

These high achievers

put in the necessary skill practice

that allows them

to achieve performance at the topmost level.

drill every day to raise their skill levels

so that they can highly entertain

their crowd of followers.

practice their scales and musical studies daily

to enable them to give wonderful,

crowd pleasing concerts.

daily carry out their experiments

to realize life changing breakthroughs

for the benefit of others.

It is willpower

that carries super performers

through all the challenges that they encounter

on their way.

Albert Einstein-super achiever.

How then,

do we increase our willpower?

Make the necessary sacrifices.

Your choice:

play video games or master a craft.

There is a price to be paid

to get whatever you want in life.

Liam Duncan recommends

that musicians keep a practice journal.

This could apply

to all super performance endeavors.

Put in the ten years of deliberate practice.

There is no magic formula.

It is necessary to put in the hard yards.

James Clear wrote:

"What is required

to maximize your potential and master your craft,

you have to look at

how the best performers practiced".

He wrote:

"Professors like K. Anders Ericsson,

produced research

that revealed

that you needed to put in 10,000 hours

to become an expert in your field.

Overnight success (from scratch)

is simply a myth.

 Deliberate application over time

is required.

Keep learning daily.

If you’re driven to succeed,

you will understand the importance

of continually increasing

your knowledge and skills.

training and education

can unlock your full potential.

For internet income success

you might choose to study

in areas like

computer technology, self-development, copywriting, etc.

Cynthia Minnaar says:

"To give yourself

the greatest chance of success online,

it is important to join a program

that provides you with

a comprehensive internet income training guide.

That means daily training and study.

Maintain the vision.

Tanya Hall says:

"Effective leaders need to take measures

to maintain

inspiration and purpose through growth

by weaving it into the fabric

of everyday operations."

Tanya gives

four ways to ingrain your vision

into day-to-day business.

# Simplify the Message.

# Develop a Time-Bound Team Effort.

# Structure one-to-one meetings.

#Give public praise.

maintain the vision and spread the word.

Stay focused.

Avoid the cult of the average.

Losing focus is easy,

really easy,

it’s getting it back that’s the hard part.

Jory Mackay says:

"Your brain is always on

taking in information,

which means it constantly has to choose

what to pay attention to and what to filter out.

Neuroscientists call this

‘selective attention’,

and it comes in 2 different forms:

Top-Down (or ‘Voluntary focus’).

Bottom-Up (or ‘Stimulus-driven focus’)

You can read the detail here:

How to increase willpower

is something that all budding entrepreneurs

have a need to study.

It is intended that the above

gives a framework for further reading.
