WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
Express gratitude to at least one person a day, any where in the world, for any reason, for the
next 30 consecutive days by sending a heartfelt card with the SendOutCards system.
WHY TAKE THE CHALLENGE?
There’s somebody in your life right now that needs to hear a message from you. The 30-Day
Gratitude Challenge is a way for you to send out messages of gratitude and celebrate people
now. Your messages can be sent for about one dollar per customized card, yet the impact you’ll
make in the lives of others is truly priceless.
HOW DO I START THE CHALLENGE?
1. Watch the Gratitude Video at www.socgratitude.com/145750
2. If you haven’t already, get with the person who shared this challenge with you and set up
your own SendOutCards account (see www.sendoutcards.com/start )
3. Print this form and sign your commitment statement below
4. Send at least one gratitude card every day and record each person’s name below
5. Share this challenge with those you care about and encourage them to join you
