I don’t understand matrixes which allow free members. It’s GREAT for the company, but it kills anyone’s business who’s trying to make money with it. I see many companies which offer a 4X9 matrix and will pay around .50 cents or maybe $1.00 or so for upgraded members in a person’s matrix, but really… what is that? Folks, it’s NOT the size of a matrix or necessarily its structure, but the value of each spot with in that matrix.
For example… take a 4X9 matrix which fills up with 75% free members. What exactly are the free members worth to you? $0.00… Nothing, nodda… zilch! I know… you think that the product is so great that at some point the free members will up-grade, but that’s simply NOT reality. When you offer people something for free… they have no motivation to do anything with it.
My advice to you would be to NEVER get involved in any matrix which allows free members. They join by the thousands, because “IT’S FREE”, and take up valuable spots in your matrix. In essence they rob you of money you COULD be making, if only they’d up-grade.
Another thing… what’s with “holes” in a person’s matrix? Not cool. Every matrix SHOULD have dynamic compression. If someone isn’t an active member, that person should roll off and everyone else move up a spot. Anything short of that is unfair and taking advantage of YOU… the member.
So… let’s do the math…
Your matrix has a 4X9 structure, but… is 75% filled with non-paying free-loaders. On top of all that… you’re probably getting paid at best about $1.50 per paying member.
Let’s assume for a moment that you DO have some sort of dynamic compression and your matrix has no holes… that comes out to a whopping: 349,524 people! - Do you honestly see a matrix THAT large filling up anytime in the near future? That’s a ridiculous amount of people and statistics show that if you allow free members, at least 75% of your matrix WILL BE FREE MEMBERS, worth nothing to you, but GREAT for the company!
So… with these numbers, let us assume that your company “generously” gives you $1.50 per up-graded member, and again… let’s assume that 25% of your organization IS up-graded members. If your matrix ever fills, it’ll be worth $131,071.50 per month. NOT BAD, EXCEPT A MATRIX SO HUGE IS NOT VERY LIKELY TO FILL OUT BEFORE YOU QUIT.
What if I showed you a company that is paying $5.00 per person in your matrix? True… it’s ONLY a 3X9 matrix, but the odds of it filling out are very real.
You see… this company’s filled matrix is only 29,523 people. Doesn’t sound like much, does it? Remember… with this company, every single person in your matrix IS a “paying customer”, so you’re getting paid $5.00 per person in your little matrix.
Do you know how much this company’s full matrix is worth? How about $147,615.00 per month? And your matrix could very easily fill out with in a couple of years.
Ask yourself this. “Would you rather get paid more for fewer people, or get paid less for more people?
With most other companies you’re getting paid $0.50 cents to $1.50 per person.
With this company, you’re getting paid any where from $2.50 to $5.00 per person. There’s also another level coming in a few months which will pay you $7.50 per person in your matrix!
If it’s all the same, I think I’ll prefer to get paid more money for fewer people, hence… less work.

Remember… generally speaking, in life you get what you pay for, so… think twice before you waste your time on things that don’t work.
