This is a bit lengthy, but worth the read.
I’ve been involved with network marketing for over a dozen years, during which time the most important lesson I learned was to pay attention to a company’s matrix. A close second on my “things I’ve learned” list is that offering a service in many ways can be easier than a product.
I’m not here to knock any company that offer products like vitamins, energy drinks, home cleaning products, etc… because I found that in many cases MLM companies’ products are superior to their store bought counterparts, but it can be a difficult sell; especially when it comes to vitamins or supplements. When it comes to these types of products, people tend to be very brand loyal and when they find a vitamin or supplement they’re happy with, even if the MLM Company’s product is unequivocally superior, they tend to resist.
So… what’s so special about a company’s matrix, you ask?
For starters, every one of them offer fantastic bonuses, financial incentives and even trips around the world or on a cruise line, for those who attain a certain level with in that company’s matrix. That’s wonderful, but NOT REALISTIC! Let’s have a quick reality check, shall we?
- Most of you reading this blog will never qualify for those company bonuses, let alone what one has to do to earn those trips they offer as an incentive. That’s just a plain and simple fact.
So, am I saying that network marketing is not worth doing because companies fill their compensation plan with a bunch of hype and hard to reach bonuses?
No. I’m not saying that at all. Heck… every company, MLM or brick and mortar, is filled with hype! That’s why one ad on TV sounds more ridiculous than the next. To give an example… it seem that no matter what insurance company you select, you’re “saving money” by simply switching to their service. If that were really the case, wouldn’t you be better off switching from one insurance company to another each month and “save a bunch of money”?
Companies are ALL ABOU THE HYPE and this is why it’s SO IMPORTANT TO LOOK BENEATH THE B.S., and examine the most basic pay any MLM company has to offer… its matrix pay or the “residual income” plan.
Most compensation plans are set up to be very confusing and hard to understand, how ever I did run across one company called Social Outbreak™, which did the exact opposite. Their matrix structure is incredibly easy to understand, and also offers a very fair and reasonable compensation for the monthly commissions, which is all that really matters for 95% of the networkers in the world.
While Social Outbreak™ also offers bonuses and incentives, which many of you won’t likely achieve; their compensation plan with in the matrix structure is very simple and fair.
THEY OFFER A SIMPLE 5% COMMISSION ACROSS THE BOARD IN THE ENTIRE 3x9 MATRIX.
That might not sound like much, until you discover that 5% is either worth $2.50 or $5.00… depending on which level you choose to join the company (BASIC-PACK OR PRO-PACK).
There’s no “get paid this amount on one level and that amount on another”. THAT’S IT! HAVE 6 ACTIVE PERSONALS AND YOU COLLECT 5% COMMISSION ($2.50 or $5.00) ON EVERY PERSON WHO’S PART OF YOUR MATRIX!
Now THAT’S a realistic thing to achieve! For example:
I had 26 people in my matrix in my first month. I didn’t enroll all of them, only 6. I got paid $125.00 in matrix money. I also collected on bonuses and up-front money, but we’re NOT talking about that. We’re only talking about the matrix money, cash I’ll get paid every single month, even if I DON’T enroll anyone else this month.
Again… I got paid $125.00 for having 26 people in my matrix. That’s it… only 26 people. That paid me an average of $4.80/person.
I’ve compared what Social Outbreak™ paid me on my matrix with what some other companies would have paid me for the same thing and the numbers I found were staggering.
In most cases, to earn the same $125 in matrix money (no bonuses included), with other companies I would have needed 140 people in my matrix or more. I don’t know about you folks, but it’s much easier to build a matrix with 26 people in it, than it is to build a matrix with 140 or more.
AGAIN… THIS MONEY IS MATRIX PAY ONLY, A.K.A. YOUR MONTHLY RESIDUAL INCOME! NO BONUSES INCLUDED OF ANY KIND!
THOSE are realistic numbers to achieve. Six enrollments, when there’s no time limit involved, is a reasonable expectation of anyone. A person can do it at his or her own pace.
The best part is that even if a person doesn’t achieve the many bonus levels Social Outbreak™ has to offer, with the forced matrix and built in dynamic compression, every person can easily make enough money to cover the cost of the service and have spending money on the side.
Will you be one of the millionaire success stories Social Outbreak™ has to offer? Probably not! I’m NOT saying you can’t be I’m just being realistic. I AM, however, pretty certain that you WILL make more than enough money to cover the cost of your product and “have some spending cash on the side”… and really… that’s more than most people in network marketing have made, are making, or every will make.
