I know sometime staying focus is hard, because it hard for me. I'm a wife, mother of a very active 2 year old boy, a student, and a I own my own business -2 to be exact,so I have a lot on my plate. With everthing that goig on it hard for me to stay focus on one thing.But it can happen,m here are some of the thing I do first I write down and set a schedule of thing I need to do, on my schedule is work time, school/study time, house hold duty time, family time, and me time.Some time I go off schedule but primarly I go by my schedule.By doing help me out a whole lot my days are least hetice, more calm a lot better. This way I'm focus on the thing I need to be focus on,I get a lot more done.Being focus is mportant espcially if you are trying to run a business, or a family or what ever you are trying to do. With out it a lot of thing won't get done. Just take a step back and pint point the things that you want to focus on, and then go for it.
