Change is my friend. It is a gentle
reminder that there are greater things
in store for me.

I am very comfortable with change. Although I
do enjoy stability, I also appreciate the excitement
that comes from venturing out of the comfort zone
to try something new.

I become easily bored when I Get stuck in the rut
of the familiar. Change keeps me fresh it keeps
me invigorated and motivates me.

My life truly benefits from change because with
change I am able to grow and stretch. Change opens
my eyes and expands my vision to see things I Was
not able to see before.

Change keeps me on my toes, waiting in excited anticipation
like a child waiting to open there presents on Christmas
Morning.I cannot wait for what is going to happen next.
I choose not to close my eyes because I just might miss
something. My eyes are open to many wonderful things when I
look for and embrace change.

Change acts as a driving force and helps keep me
focused and moving ahead. Trying new experiences and strategies
helps me to move faster because I am more motivated.
I am able to tackle greater challenges that I otherwise never
would have attempted were it not for change.

Change is an indicator that I am on the right course and
taking action to reach my goals. Change helps me see the
larger scope of work for me.

My impact on the world and those around me is much
greater when I fully embrace change. I find I have
a higher purpose and calling that involves getting
out of my comfort zone and stepping up to the plate.
And when I step up to the plate I am aiming for the
cheap seats.

The course of my life changes as my knowledge and
abilities increase and I attempt new challenges that
meet my new abilities.

Change is inevitable it is how we deal with it that
really matters.

Let me Ask..

1. Do You embrace change?
2. Are there things in Your life that are crying
for change?
3. How has change helped You grow in the
past five years?

As a business owner, father and husband, I have to embrace change. I'd go crazy if I didn't. LOL How has that helped me? Well, I have learned how to improve my ability to serve others, be a better father and husband, and has brought many new friends (esp. on IBO) into my life. Thanks for this wonderful blog, Ernie.

Good Post - personal growth requires change. We can't get from where we are, to where you want to be without change.

Nice blog Ernie. I think we need to be proactive and be prepared for the possibility of change and do what we can to cause change rather than react to it when it happens.
