OK… I don’t know if that still means what it used to mean when I was young… BUT that’s NOT what I’m talking about… ??


I’m talking about building a huge set of pipes, guns, pythons, whatever you want to call them…


That doesn’t mean you need huge arms to build a masculine physique. But it does require a certain amount of size, density and vascularity. Something like this guy...

The quickest way I’ve found to build that kind of athletic looking muscularity in your arms is with a 5 and a half minute routine you stick onto the end of your workout.

Every man knows it...

If your arms look strong and muscular, YOU look strong and muscular!

Even if you have more fat on your body than you should and even if your 6-pack looks more like a full keg. Having a sweet set of arms makes you look awesome!

Next time you're out and about, look around and you'll see what I mean :-) Bottom line is...

Nice arms make you look fit! However...

Your biceps and triceps muscles are rather small and it can take time to build them. Even worse...
