No Explaining Necessary was a blog that I wrote after realizing that many opportunity seekers haven't caught on yet. The idea is to send people to a splash page, followed by a capture page, followed by a survey, followed by more information.
We use blogs to elaborate about what we do. We expect interested parties to read up on us before they start asking questions. If they fail to do this, we deem them as dull, unmotivated, lazy or undisciplined. At any rate, they are not showing the kind of traits that we expect to see in a bona fide prospect.
We seek professional and sharp minded people. We like proof of socialization, communication and experience. A business will not help anyone lacking in these qualities.
I am writing this for the greater good. This must be understood. A candidate for a business must bring something to the table. We don't recruit just anybody. Intelligent interviews wanted. A computer will not cover the lack of people skills.
