Nike Free Flyknit Shoe Review | 2017

For additional information  Click Here

With a $ 150 MSRP, these shoes are packed with all kinds of fun features giving the shoe a long name. We will break down the parts into the name of the “Nike Free Flyknitt” shoe. Nike Free Flyknit CC BY-NC-ND by Daniel Washington

The “Free RN” part means that the shoe is part of the Free line of shoes, and is for running (RN), rather than just general training. The “Movement” part in the name means that this shoe has a web of triangular sheaths on the sole, instead of the standard grid shapes on other free shoes. This triangular fabric gives the shoe a little more flexibility / movement over the standard free sole.

Finally, “Flyknit” is in the name of the shoe, which is the flexible upper fabric of Nike. How do all these features work in a shoe? Does this shoe give you an authentic Nike Free Run experience? I ran these shoes well beyond the 50-mile test to find out.

Nike Free Flyknit  General Info

The Nike Free Flyknit shoe line began after Nike heard that Stanford athletes trained barefoot on golf courses. Nike wanted to make a shoe that mimicked the feeling of barefoot. Nike Free Flyknit – Toe Cap This shoe had to flex, flex and land as if there was not much shoe at all. The Free line of shoes has stayed close to those goals, and continues to try new technology to get even closer.

Instead of putting these shoes on my feet when I unbuttoned them, I grabbed them and started twisting them as if trying to squeeze Nike’s essence from them in juice form. The Flyknit upper combined with the tri-star sole makes this shoe one of the most flexible I have ever tried.

I even managed to roll the shoe into a ball and put it in my pocket. After finishing being a 2 year old, I put on my shoes and made a short time to find out. They are almost a sock (but not as close to a sock as the NIKE LUNAREPIC FLYKNIT shoes). They flex like socks, breathe like socks, and they kind of let their foot wander around like socks. Nike Free Flyknit Conclusions

While testing these shoes, I found absolutely perfect use for the Nike Free Flyknits. They are amazing for people who rush to board a plane. Running to the airport at the check-in counter is a breeze and feels great with the dual-density outsole absorbing the shock of your landing foot on the airport floor tile. Pulling the shoes for safety takes less than a second because the top is so flexible.

Putting your shoes back on before jogging to your door is so easy because of the Flyknit top. Once you finally do it on the plane, you can stretch and move your feet all you want into your seat without any restriction due to the tri-flex sole. So what I’m getting is that the shoes are comfortable, and decent to run. I just do not think they make it a perfect daily coach or runner.

They are best suited for casual races where you will effortlessly step out of the door and give your feet the space to move in. The Nike Free Flyknit shoes are good, just do not make them your only running shoes.
