Miracle Undone!??

Justin and Christian are best friends.  They happen to be prawns.  Justin, however, is not happy about constantly being harassed, threatened, and always about to be eaten.

"I want to be a shark." he tells Christian.  "Then I won't have to always live in fear."

A nearby magical Cod overheard Justin.  "Your wish is granted."  and Justin was transformed into a shark.  Christian immediately swam away from his best friend and hid.

All of Justin's friends now fled from him and so did all the sharks.  He soon became very lonely and decided he wanted to become a prawn again.  He found the Cod and begged him to turn him back into a prawn.  He wish was finally granted.

Justin immediately hung out with all his old friends, but he had not yet seen his best friend Christian.  He learned that Christian was at home, moping, because his best friend had been turned into a shark.

Eager to see Christian again, Justin went to his home.  He knocked at his door.

"Who is it?" Christian asked timidly from safe inside.

"It's Justin, your best friend.  Come out and see me."

"Oh no," said Christian,"You're a shark, you'll eat me."

"I have changed." said Justin, "I am not a shark any more."

"You are not going to trick me." responded Justin.

"It is no trick.'"

"I have seen COD, and I am a prawn again, Christian!"

Just Keep Swimming!

Life is a sea of opportunity.   Are you floating, sinking, or swimming?   I believe that swimming is our only real choice.  It takes a bit more effort but the view and the destination are so much better.

Life is for living and the sea of life is for swimming.  Jump in, don't look back and JUST KEEP SWIMMING!

Swimming Trivia:

The first set of swim fins were invented by Benjamin Franklin.

Tuna swim an average speed of nine miles per hour.  Tuna never stop swimming.  A 15 year old Tuna  has already swam over 1,000,000 miles.

Ghosts and Ghouls prefer to swim in the Dead Sea and Lake Eerie.

Greg Louganis hit his head on a diving board mid dive at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games which required stitches.Only 10 minutes later, Greg was back diving again. Two days later he won the Gold medal in Springboard and Platform dives.

Thank you for reading, my friends, I wish you much success.
