Much later, the daughter of my wife, my stepmother, had a son.
This boy was my half-brother because he was my father’s son.
But he was also the son of my wife’s daughter which made him my wife’s grandson.

That made me the grandfather of my half-brother.
This was nothing until my wife and I had a son.
Now the half-sister of my son, my stepmother, is also the grandmother.

This makes my father, the brother-in-law of my child, whose stepsister is my father’s wife, I am my stepmother’s brother-in-law, my wife is her own child’s aunt, my son is my father’s nephew and I am my OWN GRANDFATHER!”

You can change your life by changing THIS!

If you or I think we can, or if you or I think you cannot, we are right.  

If success seems to allude you, no matter what you try, or how hard you try, you may have a case of "stinkin' thinkin'".  Most of us are afflicted with this anti-success malady, but we may never realize it.   The good news is that this disease is easily curable!  

A simple change can change your life.  

Successful people have certain things in common.  A common success trait that has been credited with life changing results is self talk.  More specifically positive self talk.  

4 Steps for Positive Self Talk
  1. Eliminate negative self talk
  2. Make a conscious effort and commitment to upgrade all your self talk to positive.
  3. Repeat selected self talk phrases often.  (see below)
  4. Keep a journal (optional)
Our brain will manifest what we think!  This is a fact, this is a law of nature (Law Of Attraction), this is a law of science (psycho-cybernetics).  So if we are unintentionally negative or self doubting, our future is jeopardized.   The fix is is relatively easy.  It means applying the steps above for positive self talk.  It will take conscious and consistent effort.  

If you or I think we can, or if you or I think you cannot, we are right.  

Negative thoughts and negative self talk can be changed to positive in a matter of days.  In 21 days, your new positive self talk upgrade will become a habit   May I say that it may possibly be your best habit ever!

If there is an issue in your life that you need to resolve, an example of selected self talk might be forgiveness.  Repeating a specific positive affirmation about forgiveness...along with several other more general statements will resolve your issue and yield positive and successful results.  

 
My choice for many years is relatively short and general:  "I am happy, I am healthy, I am wealthy, I feel terrific."   I repeat this positive self talk daily about a half dozen or more times.  

Some examples of positive self talk that might help you:

I AM FORGIVEN
I FORGIVE MYSELF
I FORGIVE ALL OTHERS
I FORGIVE MYSELF MY IGNORANCE AND MISTAKES
LIFE IS GOOD
I AM GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE
I AM MY OWN BEST FRIEND
I LOVE MY WORK
ALL IS WELL
I CAN AFFORD TO BE GENEROUS
I ENJOY BEING ALIVE
I HAVE FREE WILL
I BELIEVE IN MYSELF
I AM STRONG
I APPRECIATE MY PHYSICAL BODY
I ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LIFE
I SUPPORT MY BODY WITH THE BEST NOURISHMENT
I SUPPORT MY BODY WITH THE BEST NUTRIENTS
I ONLY SET POSITIVE STANDARDS FOR MYSELF
I RESPECT MYSELF AND MY CHOICES
