Hi.  I am George Pierce.

With over 15 years Internet Marketing experience,
I do my best to give new aspiring Internet Marketers
the help that I never had.

My decision and desire to give back has led to the creation of The Weekly Give Away and my Pick Of The Week and the Internet Marketer Training Center.

Going To School!

Little Robbie was ready for school, although he did not want to go.  Robbie is a second grader who loves the outdoors.  Now that spring had sprung, Robbie had better things to do than school.

Mom, however, kept Robbie on track as he prepared to get ready for the school bus.  As she walked Robbie to the school bus stop, the morning air was crisp and clear and invigorating.  It was going to be a lovely day.  The sun was warm and the sky was blue, Mom secretly wished that she and Robbie could take the day off.

The bus arrived, Robbie boarded, and Mom went back home.  Within a few minutes, Robbie opened the front door,   Mom could see the school bus at the curb with the door open.

Before Mom could ask what was wrong, Robbie began, "Mom. I have quit school."
Mom bit her lip and listened.  "School is hard, and it is not interesting and it takes up too much of my day.  There are too many other things that I want to do."

Mom looked at Robbie as he stood in the doorway, the bus was still at the curb waiting.  Rather than giving Robbie a lecture or a pep talk, Mom simply replied,

"Robbie, that is life, son. Get back on the bus."

My take on this story is that motivation (especially parental motivation) can come in many forms.

What is your opinion?

Thank you for reading, my friends.
Much Success,
George Pierce
