Were always told on to be successful you you need few elements one is education. Money focus and goals. These elements are are all true to a point. The one element that they fail to leave out is energy. You say energy why energy. Well think about it. High Energy is a reflection of good health in most cases. Without good helath and to energy your more likely not going or cant put the energy to accomplishing some goal. There a saying Health is Wealth. Without it not much well matter to you because your focus and energy will be directed to getting better or trying to maintain or fix what aling you.
Other things that sap your energy is your own thought out you.If your bored with life-- you wont or dont want to get up every morning.Without a burning desire to do things mean you dont have enough goal -Lou Holtz. Goals are the fuel that gives us energy their essential in our lifes to motivate us and keep us alive.
Plug your energy leaks. This could be holding you back from accomplishing your goals The first thing is to give your-self a break. We all started some where, learn to be ok with where ever your starting from. Its ok to be you.In fact its ok to be that increadiable you. No other you was created so be the best you can be God didnt make any junk.
Ever notice the the joy around the Christmas holidays the excitement that come from opening presents? Well you should have that excitment with you life all the time because your a gift and the world is waiting for you with joy and excitment.
