The Truth About One24, Is The Compensation Plan Really As good As They Say?

This is a review about a very fascinating company, the One24 MLM. From what I can conclude this company has no problems telling you that the most alluring thing about One24 is the company’s compensation plan, they claim to have the first IRP, Incentivized Referral Plan or linear compensation plan in the United States.
Let Us Take A Look At One24.
Like all legitimate MLM’s, they have a product to market, that product is called Natraburst. Natraburst is a product that has lots of beneficial things in it, Natraburst contains the equivalent of 6 servings of vegetables & fruit in every glass. Natraburst is a great health product in a market, health and wellness that is flooded with competent products.
So Why Join One24.
Here is the deal with this company, for one the person sailing this ship is Mark Seyforth, Mr. Seyforth has some impressive credential, not least of which is, he was instrumental in helping a small start-up company called Herbalife get off the ground, last I check, Herbalife is doing great.
The second thing intuitive about One24 is, it is my personal belief, the management at One24 saw what happened to some of the other MLM’s that had proprietary products, only to be destroyed by knock off products that cost a fraction of the MLM original. So One24 created a great non-proprietary product. Now you can get like nutritional products at a health food store but it will cost you more than what it cost for Natraburst.
Next and the most important part of this One24 review is my observation that this company took into account the main reason people get into network marketing in the first place. It’s about making cash! Mark Seyforth developed a unique way to pay the members of the One24 MLM, he calls it the “IRP” or Incentivized Referral Plan.

The One24 Compensation Plan.
The One24 Compensation plan, like all compensation plans is pretty complicated but this plan has 3 distinctive aspects to it, even though there are 4 different income levels, silver, green, gold and platinum the company has dedicated 50% of the income to the compensation plan. That is unheard of.
The first thing you recognize about this plan is in the silver income center, every person that enrolls after you do, it doesn’t matter who signed them up, goes below you and you acquire a commission from every silver in the plan.
Next, all the individuals you enroll go into you green center. Another note worthy aspect of the IRP is that you are given only 1 green ticket per month, so you are only allowed to sign-up on person into your green center per month. When was the last time you were only allowed to enroll one person a month into an MLM?
Next, there is the gold rush, on the 24th of every month all the green tickets that are not used to sign-up someone, are tossed into a virtual bucket and those tickets are now gold tickets. If you have multiple people on your waiting list, that person is eligible for a gold ticket, if that person gets a gold ticket, they are now a member of your gold income center. This whole thing is like a game, it’s really pretty cool.
Now this whole thing is easier to understand when you see the videos and a chart, but the numbers are amazing. The green and gold centers max out at $100 K a month each, the silver payout is infinite and the platinum center is bonus based and dependent on your ability to recruit.
Of course one of the most imperative aspect of any network marketing venture is to learn the tricks of the trade and One24 is no exception, You need superior leadership and great mentoring to succeed, and a good system is also needed to be successful. I am a firm advocate of third party systems for the education you need in the highly competitive world of network marketing.
