Wow… 2012 has been a flurry of activity! It’s hard to believe that 4 months have passed already. So many good things have happened! I would like to take this opportunity to offer you some clarification on some of the important updates.
1. Compensation Plan Updates. One24 has offered some very exciting updates over the past several months. In fact, there have been so many, that it’s hard to remember exactly what has happened! The Exotic Getaway, $25,000 Sweepstakes, Matching Bonus, Gold Strike Bonus, etc. Here are a few important things to remember for now and moving forward.
Exotic Getaway. That was a blast for dozens of hard-working PCs and much of corporate management! Spending 5 glorious days of fun and fellowship in the Caribbean was unforgettable! It is likely we will do another getaway at some point. For now, the funds allocated for this program are now being added into the new GOLD STRIKE BONUS.
$25,000 Sweepstakes. One24 has awarded more than $150,000 in cash and prizes during the Sweepstakes period. This program was designed so that any person could be eligible, including non-PCs. We had numerous requests from our PCs to modify the program to reward the people who are building the business. Additionally, increasing government compliance became overwhelming. We felt it was in everyone’s best interest to change this program.
April 2012 was the last month for the Sweepstakes. Beginning May 1, 2012, the percentage allocated to this program was added to the GOLD STRIKE BONUS, increasing the rewards even more for our PCs. Don’t miss out on this one!
Matching Bonus. This bonus is designed to reward PCs on their Gold 100ks. It is paid to 5 tiers, based on your Gold 100k’s Green and Gold income. The 5 tier payout is guaranteed to be a minimum percentage of 10-10-10-5-5 of the earned Green and Gold Commissions of the Gold 100k PC that the Match is being paid on. The payout has gone much higher at times. In fact, for May 2012, it is 40-40-40-20-20! We will begin to announce the percentage being paid at the beginning of each month.
There is a reciprocal relationship between the Matching Bonus and Platinum Bonus. In other words, when the Matching Bonus is decreased, the Platinum Bonus increases. The percentage allocated to each bonus is a part of One24’s flexibility, allowing bonuses to be placed where they are needed the most for various ‘seasons’ in the business.
Gold Strike Bonus. People are really excited about this bonus! Simply put, it rewards you very quickly for just using your current Green Ticket and enrolling at least one new PC during the Gold Rush. The more PCs you enroll during the Gold Rush – the more shares you qualify for. Many people more than pay for their product from just this part of the Compensation Plan. This is also a great jump-start for building your organization.
