7 Tips For Building A Successful Team
When it comes to building your own successful online business, you will come across many opportunities stating " No need to sponsor"
Now they aren't lying to you at all, however your income opportunities greatly improve by adding the additional commissions and incentives that go hand in hand with sponsoring a team.
Tip 1 Please don't over commit yoursleves ... to many members on your team will eventually backfire on you. You simply can't support them all!
Tip 2 Never force yourself upon your team ... this will only lead to bursting your bubble and probably your reputation to boot.
Tip 3 Never give financial advice to your team ... it should be entirely their own decision of how much they want to risk.
Tip 4 Ensure you make yourself available for "one to one" sessions ... not everyone wants them "skype" works fine or there are other video based products out there.
Tip 5 Help your team to build their own teams if they want to ... never forget they will beneift your business indirectly as well!
Tip 6 Build in value so your team stay loyal to your endeavours ... keeping them in your team will directly impact upon the life time value of your team
Tip 7 Make working with you enjoyable, not a chore ... above all be patient, as everyone has a differnet level of understanding
There you go my 7 tips to working with a successful online business team. Can you add any tips to mine? I would love to hear from you!

|

| | | | | What worries me with you two is you sound like you're after my leads LOL Thanks for stopping by |
| | | | | I think you've covered everything Baz !
Great tips, although Ally has also added a good point - delegate, otherwise you could over commit yourself . |
| | | | | Thanks for your support Frazer always a pleasure to have you stop by |
| | | | | | | | | Thanks Brookline I think so and I'm glad you agree |
| | | | | Some nice tips there...Keep up the great work |
| | | | | Great article Baz! Thanks for the tips :) |
| | | | | And as a leader you have to know to follow the rules as well...Great with this baz! |
| | | | | Thanks Ally glad you found it of use |
| | | | | Hi Baz. This is useful advice. You hit the nail on the head about over committing to too many people. In my experience it is best to have a few leaders and delegate team members to them. That way you are only working with 7 or 8 people at a time. |
| | | | | Thanks for your comments Charles, my business plan has always been about replication for my team as I'm sure it is with yours. |
| | | | | Excellent Tips on Team Building, Baz! Everything you do is watched by others on your team. If you lead by doing exactly as you have stated here you encourage duplication. Then, do you not only have a team, you have a team of leaders! Liked (Very Much) And Sharing... |
