The Path to Long-Term Success

Are you building your list?  If not, why not?  Building a list of subscribers is a key to your long-term success.  Why is that?  

Building your list means that you are developing a relationship with your list of subscribers.  That is a key.  People do business with those who they know, like and trust.  In my view, there is no better way to build relationships than with a list of people with whom you can communicate on a regular basis.

 

                

Think of it this way.  When you have a list of subscribers, and you encounter a new opportunity that you'd like to market, without a list you are starting from scratch, posting those links out there in the  hope that people will see the opportunity and either buy from you or join you in that business.  Without a list, you are always starting from scratch! 

Can you imagine a restaurant owner changing to a new location each month or a financial adviser ignoring his client base and cold calling all the time?  Strategies like that would obviously and quickly lead to failure.  Without a list, isn't that what you are doing all the time?  Cold calling?  For the financial adviser, or any professional for that matter, building a client base is the key to long-term success.  

 

                

An unfortunate reality is that most online marketers fail and I can't help but think that one of the reasons behind that is that people don't utilize email marketing as part of their overall strategy.  

So, why not get started and build your 'clientele'.  Start building your list!  It is the path to long-term success.
