Why Does Success Only Come To Some?

If you have been in internet marketing for any time of all, you have heard "Some" marketers tell you how successful they are, and how many thousands of dollars they have earned. But there you sit, and you are not asking for a huge sum to come to you each month, maybe an extra $1,000 or so. So how do they do it? Good question, and of course they can tell us anything they want.
Recently in talking to some marketers, they have asked me how much money I make in my business, and I always tell them, I'm not sure yet, as all they payments aren't in. And that is the truth.
But how do you get the payments coming in? You promote, sponsor and work with your members right? Ok, but let me ask you this. Are you working 2,3,4, or more businesses? What would happen if you focused on ONE business only? Yes I have heard the saying, don't put all your eggs in one basket. And there is truth to that, to a certain extent. However, an online business is no different than having a Brick and Mortar Business. Stop and think about it.
Say you own a Drug Store in the town you live in, and it is doing well. But you don't want to have your eggs in one basket, so you decide to open a Car Wash, and you do. Then you decide the Price of the local Grocery Store that is for sale is within your budget, so you buy it. Now you have 3 businesses in town. Wow, you are a businessman.
Next comes advertising these businesses, to get new customers. But at the same time, you have to maintain a smooth business operation to keep the customers you already have. So you need good managers, maintenance people, and advertisers, and this is times 3, and lets not forget the office staff.
Do you really think you can keep up with this pace, and be successful at all the businesses you are in? If you do, and you can, you are a Super Human, or you had a lot of capital to start out with.
What I am trying to say is, the successful people I have talked to, listened to, and watched are the people that put all their focus, concentration and energy into 1 Business. Look at the famous mentors online. Tony Robbins, Mark J, Steve Jobs, just to name a few. Their Focus lies in the business they are doing.
From my short experience of 13 years, I have found for myself, focusing on 1 business has worked for me.
