As a "Head Hunter", I help UnHappy Employees (or Unemployed) make a smooth transition to starting their own "Personal Business" (so they can better control their life).
My only criteria is: "They must be willing to make a change!"
Here are a few simple (screening) questions I ask:
1. How long have you been in your job or career?
2. What are 3 things you don't like about you job?
3. Do you need extra income? (Would you like to earn Residual Income?)
4. How fast would you like to get paid that extra income?
5. Are you willing to "work" to earn it?
As you can see, this series of initial questions (if answered honestly) will quickly reveal the truth regarding what is going on in their life. But more importantly, the real question becomes, "Are they willing to do what it takes - to make a change in their life?" Note: Some will - some won't.
