When was the last time you picked up a "Yellow Page" book? Was it: Weeks, Months or Years?
Think about it...
+ How many businesses in your community are in the Yellow Pages? + How much are they paying (collectively) - Millions??? + Trust me - no one is even looking at their ADS (much less calling them)
Note: Do you realize this expensive form of Advertising is not even building the business owner a customer list!
As a business owner, you should be asking yourself three (3) things:
1. How are you following up with your customers? (If you don't follow up with your customers - they most certainly will forget about you!)
2. Do you *ACTUALLY* have a customer list? (In a form where you can digitally follow up with them!)
3. When customers enter your Online/Offline Store - Are you gathering data? (Name, Email, Cell Phone#) Are you offering them a way to be a part of your "VIP PROGRAM"? (So you can offer them future discounts and special offers as a way to say thank you for being a loyal customer - and get referrals!)
If you *ARE NOT* following these three (3) steps - you are simply wasting your "Advertising Dollars".
Why? Referrals (from your customers) are the most cost effective way to build ANY business!
