 | | Wow Dennis, that is awesome. My grandmother grew up on the reservation and was very very health she out lived all of her husbands. It was a reservation in Minnesota. Our American Indian Lived On the Land for years They knew what they were doing. |

 | | My grandmother was a firm believer that nature contained everything we need to keep our bodies healthy. She also learned that some animals have the ability to use what is available in nature to heal themselves. My guess (what I know about plants is in Cherokee) is ginger is one of them. |
