Kick the Sugar and Carbs Addiction to the Curb with New Technolodgy TruKeto

When you have something that really stops the cravings etc. of sugars and carbs then it makes doing this easy with the TruKETO.

 I was addicted to sugar which is worst than cocaine or even heroine and I kept on putting on weight and my 6 year old daughter was calling me fatty daddy. Just ask my wife, about my sugar addiction she would always tell me honey how are you ever going to lose weight.

Since taking the TruKETO from a company called VISI Global a 5 year old company that is debt free. They launched the TRUKETO on January 13th, 2018.

Here is what Truketo has done for me, all those cravings are gone, not even wanting the crackers or breads and the cravings for ice cream is gone. Had I tried to do this before TruKETO, I would of failed as I tried many things on my own, and failed to break my sugar addiction this I know.

Day 5 and 5 pounds gone am I am happy and really I feel great and I have been able to cut all the sugars, crackers carbs, I would of never believed something so easy like this could work so fast on me. I try to drink plenty of water as I was never a water drinker before or not much, it is so important to keep hydrated on a diet like this try to drink half your weight or do the best you can. And of course it is important to drink water to keep things moving too in the digestion etc.

Here is how I Start my Daily Routine.

Mornings  I start with about 4 ounces of water and my TruKETO (which is a chocolate flavor from Germany GOOD Chocolate) and then wait 1/2 hour to an hour, sometimes time gets away from me.
Then I cook 5 pieces of bacon and 3 eggs and add a slab of cheese and 1 cup of coffee has a little sugar as it is a blend, but I only drink 1 cup.

My snacking  (cheddar cheese 1/2 thick 5 inch long by 3 inch wide), but only if I am hungry. The key is to never be hungry but only eat if hungry. Never eat to just eat if that feeling comes on drink more water and try to drink the best water you can.

Then after while I drink 40 ounces of water and put my bod-e Happy in the water (increases my energy and focus) which makes me feel happy but I ran out of this but I have more coming.

Then about 1pm/2pm I add 1 more TruKETO, I have only missed this step once. But I hear many others are only taking 1 a day (of the TruKETO)and having the same results, me I always need to be sure cause I am a hard case I need more to be safe as I am cutting my addiction.

 Dinner and before 8:00pm for me I have a salad and chicken and I have been going out to eat, most the times I eat 2 orders (which are small plates)and last night they were out of the chicken, so I ate pork dinners of just meat and salad with balsamic dressing. The last couple nights down to one dinner as I am not as hungry.

About 2 hour before bed if hungry I eat a piece of cheese (1/2 thick 5 inch long by 3 inch wide) and a cup of ginger tea. DONE!

Then I repeat again the next day  my new routine. Very easy, put it this way if I can do it anybody can do it. :)

My start weight was 259 pounds my goal weight and is 210 pounds (hope to be able to do this in 60 days or less, but if need to whatever it takes). This is the easiest program that I have used and believe me I have tried everything out there. I will achieve my goal with this NEW technology as it is working. All the people that tested this during Christmas had results. :) That was enough for me to know there was finally hope for me and others. I am 56 years old, but this time it is truly working and I do not feel like I am depriving myself. If you have a weight issue or just want to lose anything this will work for you too.
