10 Cool Ideas To Help You Get More Leads From Using Twitter

Some say Twitter is dead.


Some say it's not.


I personally believe it is not, even if it is a low engaging type social platform for many people.


So, I want to share some ideas and tips you can use to increase your Twitter lead generation.




Step 1: Build A Following


Yes, you have to take time to build a following.


It is actually quite easy to do, but will take time.


Having a larger following will help you to reach more people, and generate more leads from tweets.






Step 2: Automate Some


There's a lot to do each day, and the more tweets you get out without putting time into it, the better.


You do want to be engaging on Twitter, but you need automation to get the leads.


Have a specific amount of tweets automated, and make sure direct messaging is automated.


Anytime a new follower comes along, they get a message.


Be creative in your message, as many see it's automated and ignore it.


Make a tweet to create engagement that's automated, but make sure they can't tell if it is or if it is not.




Step 3: Use Images


Tweets with images get more clicks, period.


The image is what stands out, and gets attention in an never ending Twitter feed.


Make sure to include an image in your tweets, that will grab someone's attention, so they read the content of the tweet.




Step 4: Use Hashtags


When you tweet, you want more than just your following to find it.


So you include hastags that relate to the tweet.


Hashtags are just words with # symbol in front of them.


So if you are tweeting something regarding CBD oil, it is wise to include a pic, and a hastag like #CBD


This will also hlep with following, people finding your tweet, and of course leads.




Step 5: Find Hot Topics


Here is a coll trick to really increase your Twitter lead generation.


Find a topic that is trending on Twitter, and engage in it.


This way more people find you when they are reviewing the topic.


But, make it realted to what you promote.


Use Hashtags that are trending around, that Twitter has everyone searching, and include it into your tweet.


Be careful, as you don't want to hashtag it and the hashtag serve no reason in the tweet. Don't abuse this, or people will not follow you.




Step 6: Engage With Others


Find a popular tweet out there? Comment on it.


An example would be a tweet by President Trump.


It gets massive engagement, even with nasty, hateful ones.


Of course, you may not want to get political in business, but if you find tweets that are popular, say something on them.


Remember these are the tweets people are reading.


Also, like, comment, and engage with tweets of people who are your target market. This will help increase your following and get more leads.




Step 7: Target People


Similar to the above step, this step is purposely aimed at getting a specific person to follow you.


By looking for people who tweet things you know would make them a possible lead for you, engage with their tweet intentionally.


Like it, comment on it, and just give them the heads up your there. Many will become followers to you for this.




Step 8: Listen 


Here is a special step that can get you some great leads.


I call it listening to Twitter, and letting it tell you who is looking for you.


You can simply research a hashtag, and find people sometimes asking where to buy your product.


Use this to your advantage, and help people get what they need.


Just listen in to what people are asking about in your market, and find those who are asking where to get your product.


Works like a charm when you get good at this!



Step 9: Use Videos


Like above in images, the only way to get more leads from a tweet than using images, is a video.


When you get a video that will generate leads, or promote your content, you need to include it into your tweets.


Videos work great at converting leads, and if people are interested in the video, will most likely become a follower or lead to your business.




Step 10: Combine It All Into One


By tweeting images and videos in your tweets, you get more of it all.


Automating these tweets, just to keep them going is also a good thing.


But when you focus on one particular tweet, placing hashtags in it for a hot topic, using a video, including hashtags that will be targeted, you will see a lot of leads the more you do this.


Combine all the tips above, and you will find that Twitter is a place to help you get more leads, and build you a business on top of all the other stuff you do!
