I just spent 30 minutes writing a blog only to discover that I was logged out during the writing so here it is again in a nutshell.
I learned from my 2 year old son over the last few weks that you cannot force a child to do anything that they do't wnat to do and that they mostly don't understand what we as adults are trying to get them to do.
To get them to do something that they don't wnat to do you need to find out what moves them or motivates them and even though they don't understand what you want them to do they do understand what they don't want to do.
This is not much different than what we face everyday. People that don't want to do what we want them to do even though it's the best thing for them and people that don't understand what we are telling them.
You have to find what motivates them to move in your direction and help them understand that we have a better way and to move them away from the things that they don't like in their life.
Again, it's a nutshell. I promise that the original was worded better.
Thank you for reading and goodnight!
God Bless and take care...Jeff

 | | I'm sure you were frustrated with the loss of your original blog, but this one got the message across perfectly. |
| | | | | Good blog Jeff...there's a lot to learn from children. Ans yes, motivation is key to attention.. |
| | | | | Great analogy to what we deal with on a daily basis with our prospects... Find their hot button or motivation to help the move in the right direction and have them feel that it was their idea. |
| | | | | Good blog Jeff. I think we as parents forget, that children have a mind of their own. To your success! |
