In Organo Gold, all we do to recruit members is ask four very simple questions. The first question is,"Do you or anyone you know drink coffee or tea at least occasionally"? The answer to this questions can only be yes. Every person you come in contact with either drinks coffee or tea or knows someone who does. Believe it or not, many Organo Gold distributors don't drink coffee or tea, but know many people who do.
The second question is, "How to you typically drink your coffee"? The reason this question is asked is to know what sample to give the prospect. The usual answer is black or with cream and sugar. If black is the answer we sample the Gourmet Black and if the answer is cream and sugar we sample the Gourmet Latte.
The third questions is, " What is your favorite brand?" The answer indicates what the prospect enjoys best because we will be comparing Organo Gold's product against their favorite brand. The fourth question asks,"When was the last time (their favorite brand) sent them a check for drinking their coffee or referring someone to their coffee? The answer is always never.
One of the greated things about this four question approach is it does not sound like a sale pitch. After the conversation the distributor will give the prospect the sample and ask for personal information so the distributor can follow up (See my blog, "The Power of the Sample."). These four questions can be used in any country be it Mexico or the Phillipines and any one can master them and feel comfortable asking them. One does not have to be highly educated or have background in net working to be successful with this approach. Organo Gold has distributors in their late teens to up to 85 years old doing this.
