The Road to Success success, business, working from home

All people who decide to work from home, own their own business or make money online must come to grips with one question. Do I really want to do this? If this question goes unanswered and lingers during the infancy of your business, you will fail. Let me say it again, you will fail. You can't take on the challenge of doing this business if you are trying to do it for the wrong reason. Many people sign up to appease a friend or relative and inevitably fail. There can be some emotion in making this decision, but the business of making money and reaching your goals must be at the forefront.
One of the next things that you will need to do is go all out. My college football coach always said at the beginning of the season that he wanted 22 players "hell bent for election." This meant you had to be a little crazy to get on the first team. In your business, especially at the beginning, you will look a little crazy, because some people will think you are out of your mind if you think this thing is going to work. Think about Noah, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The people around them though they were a little crazy. You are going to be thought of in the same manner. People will just think you have lost your mind, but you will have to continue to go forth with all the effort and spirit you can muster.
One of the most important steps you must take in this journey is to unite with those who see your vision. This is probably the most difficult thing you will have to accomplish. As we discussed earlier, you are going to have critics all around who will not get in the game with you, but you must continue search for those who will. In the beginning, it may seem that no one will become business partners wiith you, but remember that you don't want just anyone. You want those that will be dedicated and those "hell bent for election" that my coach was looking for. It is important to understand that you may have get in contact with many more people than you think. Search using all the techniques given to you by your company and those you can learn on your own. But most companys have a system that will bring the right people to you.
You are going to need the knowledge of your product or process to explain it to a brand new prospect. You must be able to present the product or process on your own. This knowledge must be transferable and your prospects must be able to duplicate it. If this is not the case, your idea or product will not be successful. The last thing you need is endurance. This will not be a sprint, but more of a long distance run. Commit at least 18-24 months to your idea and stick with it. If you stick with it and do enough of the right things success will come your way.

| | | | | It's well worth searching for the right people. I would rather have 10 good people than 100 who are not interested. |

| | | | | Wonderful blog! Without vision we don't get too far, right? |
| | | | | Good blog about what it takes to become an accomplished star in different fields like a sports superstar...but I would differ with expectations for MLM duplication in a people business. Wish you much success with your goals and success. |
