Do you believe EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) really work? To many who are not aware of EFT, the program is not new and there are many who believe in its concept and techniques because they practice them daily.
The principle behind EFT is its ability to release negative emotions that can cause disturbances in the body’s life force. EFT is a form of therapy that involves tapping (physical acupuncture) on certain points on the body to free the person from emotional or traumatic stress they may have experienced in the past. It is believed that once you have freed yourself from emotional blockage you are more receptive to the flow of positive energy.
I became interested in EFT several months ago and out of curiosity started reading about the different procedures used. I am a firm believer that you should not doubt anything if you have not tried it at least once. The more I researched EFT and the results many are experiencing, the more value I saw in it for me.
There are many who believe they are experts in this field, but the one person I have chosen to follow in this venue is a gentleman from England by the name of Dave Childerley. He has a nonsensical approach that has helped me overcome a lot of my inhibitions and frustrations. I am currently using his technique that focuses on creating financial abundance. This particular EFT has to be done twice daily for a month. So far I have found that I am more focused and confident in myself. To add more power to this concept, I believe that combining EFT with the law of attraction can be two powerful tools you can use to create the financial stability you desire.
I have definitely experienced change since using EFT and can’t wait to see how much more developed I’ll become by using them on a regular basis. I believe we all want to enjoy or live in a state of mind that is free from painful experiences or memories; a blissful state we may have once experienced as children. By using EFT continually, I believe we can regain a level of that peacefulness.
