All network companies have successful associates that build a strong power leg. If I became dissatisfied with my company for one reason or the other and decided to look elsewhere.
I would find a product that I believed in, a company with a solid financial background and stability. Next step is to look for the top producer, that has a system in place and ask him or her to personally sponsor me. Whether the company uses a binary or matrix system, this would give me a head-start.
I have studied my companies system and have built a strong Power Leg and I train other associates to use the same approach. I always place my family members and best friends on the Power Leg to give them the momentum. But, more important is keeping the family together to share the revenue and work as a team. We never put a family member on a different leg, would cause too many issues, so take care of your family. Your holiday and family gatherings will be a lot more enjoyable.
