One of the most power full compensation plans of PWM is the Global Leadership Bonus Pool
Earn your opportunity to participate in the Global Leadership Bonus Pool with minimum of 5 active front line, personally sponsored clients.
Each qualified leader will share in the pool. To calculate the percentage of interest in the bonus pool, all sales are counted up to 8 levels of each qualified leader. Participants split the pool based on his or her total sales to determine the percentage of each leader’s share.
1% of all new product sales World Wide will be donated to the Global Leadership Bonus Pool.
In addition to the 1% contribution from new sales, 40% of “roll up” is also contributed to the Pool. “Roll up” occurs when a cycle is made under an unqualified host and earnings from that cycle are distributed to the next qualified up line host (the next direct genuine link of genealogy). Corporate may also contribute to the pool by “gifting” at its discretion
