#7- Culture 

Systems don’t keep people around my friend, people keep people around (that’s culture). Systems have 0 culture.

You Must Build…

– Relationships

– Show people value

– Show people steps to take daily

– Gather on a weekly basis

– Have some rules

– Continue to update valuable content and they keep coming back

Selling takes time to learn and techniques on doing this the right ethical way is a must my friend, be honest.

But you must have a system in place to build your culture, because if you have a culture without a good system, then your people/team (culture) will not stick around. PERIOD!

8- Vision

You need to have an attractive vision that attracts people—>People who can relate to you and your vision and believe in your vision, they are looking for you to guide them in the right direction to where they want to be.

Your job is to dig deep and help them find exactly what they want out of life and for their families. NOT YOURS!

People don’t buy your product, people buy into you and your vision my friend. This ties into culture.

9- Motivation 

You have to have a strong source of motivation…

– Successful people don’t have this issue, as it’s just internal.

So you as a leader most produce and continue to take massive action in the things and sources that you are guiding them through. Practice what you preach.

This is like a snowball effect that once it get’s started you just can not stop it even if you wanted to, this in return will motivate your team and build your culture to a level of belief in you.

The way you bring people in causes other’s you want to bring people in the same way. Through VISION and NOT PRODUCT.

You must learn to think differently (out the box) about people coming into your vision or organization.


Be motivated by something that is internal,that does not change your vision my friend… This is called…

You need all these in place to create culture

– Culture

– Duplication

That’s it! Just stay true to yourself and other’s will follow you.


Here are a few principles you can apply…

1- Understand why things and people work and how and what they want.

2- You need to learn the actual background of how things and systems actually work.

3- Learn how to build teams, regardless of what business they are in, you are their to help them get what they want, not what you want.

4- Learn how to reinvent new ways of doing things to cater to your audience.

There is no right way or wrong way, you just have to learn to be flexible and adapt in any situation or business venture. Just remember that we are not your average typical people, we are weird and 98% of the people will never understand your vision or the way you go about things.

Just stay focused and stay on your path of success,. Your family Deserves all the best that life has to offer.
