Today I happened upon a posted picture about soda (pop) that made me want to never drink the stuff again. This picture told of how diet soda can turn into formaldehyde. Corn syrup is making us fat and increases our cholesterol and triglycerides. . Caramel coloring is "tainted with carcinogens." Potassium benzoate turns into benzene and when soda is left in the sun the benzene turns into another carcinogen. And of course the phosphoric acid that makes it bubbly rots our bones and teeth.
We live in an age of high obesity, high diabetes, and high auto-immune disorders. Many of our children have these health issues already and the saying goes that our generation will outlive our children. Soda and other unhealthy foods are contributing to these disorders. How sad is that!
When I read this picture that was posted, I realized that I have a vehicle that can change how and what our children drink. We all know that water is the best for us and the other day I had the opportunity to listen to a lady from Canada who is a health professional and did some research on water. One fact that caught my attention was that when we sweat or perspire, especially in the high heat we are currently experiencing, we lose 16 glasses of water a day. That's a lot of water and most of us are not replacing it. We still have to drink a lot more water. However, the next most consumed drink next to water is coffee.
If I could show you coffee that is gourmet, organic, and healthy, would you be interested? If I could show you a coffee that pays you back, would you be interested? Check out my website and join my team. Let's bring health back to America and back to the world.

 | | Water is the most sold beverage around the world. Have you had enough water today? Without enough water we are perpetually dehydrated and this causes serious health issues, such as: autoimmune disorders, arthritis, heart, kidney, liver malfunctions, etc. Have a glass of water and think healthy. |
