Stress seems to be a part of our daily lives nowadays. With the hectic schedule and demanding lifestyle, we cannot avoid the stress.
Each day we need to struggle for different things to make it run with according to our plans.
Things that won’t make it with our plans intensify the stress point.
Accordingly, human being has enough knowledge and conscience to tolerate the stress, however, in excess of this can greatly affect the whole being of a person.
Unlike animals, human are more intelligent to handle more things on our hands.
Sometimes, we are faced with many challenges that overcoming it makes us stressed out.

These days, everybody wanted to become slimmer.
Aside from fitting in skinny jeans, there are a lot and deeper reason as to losing weight.
But, with everyday stress, our weight is greatly affected.
In fact, weight reflects the level of the stress we experience. Stress can make us gain more weight than usual.
When we are stress, hunger pangs are more prevalent.
How it happens?
When stressed out, our brain is working too fast than its usual speed.
With this, it commands the other body organ to work out faster too.
It causes imbalance which results to hunger.
At this lower state of our body, it is inevitable not to give in to cravings.
Noticeably, when we are faced with stress hunger, our cravings include crunchy and sweet foods.
Usually, these foods contained higher amount of sugar and sodium.
When these foods are eaten, excess calorie were the results.
Afterwards, being excessed, it is often stored in the body as fats.
Simply, these extra calories turn into excess pounds as well.
Furthermore, nervous system secretes a small protein which affects the metabolism of the body.
As a result, it increases the likelihood of storing more fat. On the other hand, stress can make you lose weight.
In fact, it can lose up to the extent that you can be slimmer than you want to.
Stress can suppress your appetite.
An eating disorder related to excessive loss of appetite is anorexia.
With all the problems you need to solve, projects that are due, complaints from others, food would never fit in your mind. Imbalance on the brain function can affect the tongue.
Notice that there are times when we are so stressed out, our tongue taste bland.
Therefore, eating can be the last thing you wanted to do.
As a result, it will make you lose weight.
Not only this, it will also lose the radiant on your face, make the hair dull and skin rough.
Meaning, losing weight caused by stress can make you ugly.
Physiologically, stressed out can be noticed.
Some indications are sweaty palms, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, dark circles around the eyes, dry and choppy lips, and elevated shoulders. Luckily, there are a lot of things you can do to lessen the amount of stress you experience.
Perhaps, time management can greatly reduce the chances of cramming for deadlines.
It can also avoid delays, unfinished tasks, and forgetting minor details, which are the usual root cause of stress.
Somehow, the attitude of “I don’t care if I failed” is sometimes helpful in reducing stress.
Remember, it is not at all times we succeed. In fact, there are a lot more time that we got failed.
This attitude can lessen the effect of failures such as depression, frustration, and low self-esteem.
