We all like to please. Very few people like to make life difficult for others.
Yet, there a frequent times where you have to say 'no' and stick to it. It may be with your children. Or when you are being manipulated to doing something you don't want to do. Like when a friend or colleague asks you to tell a lie so they won't get into trouble. They use their friendship as reason enough for you to compromise. You know you can't, but they keep nagging you to do it. You want to be nice, but you really can't lie. You just have to stick to your guns and say 'no'.

We are tempted to compromise on our morals from time to time. But we just have to make a decision before hand that we will never. Whether it is in relationships, in the office or at home. If you have said 'no' and you know why, then stick to your decision.
